Boston, MA (July 18, 2011) – What may sound completely crazy to most people in the music industry, makes perfect sense to CEO, Phil Gates of Universal Grind in New York City. Aleyah Sylve of Phoenix, Arizona, just may be the youngest person to carry the title “Artist Manager†to date. With today’s technologies through social networking, Aleyah has figured out how to get in touch with the many newcomers in the music industry including; Diggy Simmons, Jawan Harris and Nick Cannon’s Wonder Broz to name a few. Aleyah is the host of a radio show for kids called “The Future†on Hustle & Grind Radio as well as the face of Yung TV.  Yung TV is part of Build Up Purpose, a 501 (c) (3) Non Profit Organization. The Build Up Purpose Organization is organized exclusively to provide media arts instruction and guidance to community youth through an innovative learning curriculum that enables youth to develop critical thinking and decision-making skills. Through her networking Aleyah met Young Dapper and his manager, Phil Gates. Aleyah made an ever-lasting impression and the rest is history for this young “Music Mogul.†Young Dapper has been making some serious moves as well. Young Dapper, already being dubbed as "The Future Of Hip Hop," is reminiscent of what Lil Bow Wow and Lil Romeo once were to hip hop. This Boston prodigy is a sensation at only twelve years old yet he’s been singing and acting since the age of three. Young Dapper was discovered at the age of nine by well respected and well-known producer QC Funk. He came across one of his many YouTube videos and immediately felt compelled to contact his mother. Soon after, they were in a New York City studio recording hit music. The young star composes a musical style that combines tasteful Hip Hop and R&B appropriate for his young audience. He has recorded several successful upbeat songs (“For You,†“Rockin It,†“Inni Mini Mini Mo,†“Ringtone Girl†“Whip My Hair Remix†…) and continues to perform them with his relentless schedule. His stage presence is monumental showcasing his brilliant talent, charisma, and swag with such ease.
Most recently he performed at Diggy’s Simmons Young Siege Classic Concert in NY. Currently, Young Dapper is promoting his single “Remake of the World,†which can be heard on top radio stations around the world. The next project “Classic†is a mixtape possessing both old and new classic hip hop beats presently in production. Young Dapper is also involved in collaboration with Slick Rick for the “Hey Young World†remake.
Young Dapper has impressive and extensive acting credentials as well. He has been in an Off-Broadway Production, guest starred in FX Television Production: The Louie Show, and was recently cast in an Adonis Williams feature film. He is already involved in pre-production for several upcoming films (including a Universal Studios and Paramount Movie) and has more scheduled guest appearances on Television shows. Young Dapper is expected to be a success with imminent fame. The exciting, newfangled sound that he has made his own is certain to gain interest from across the world as it has with his already sizable army of fans. This benevolent young man has a genuine interest in servicing his community. His ambition to service others continues to grow. On August 14, 2011, at Foley Square in New York City, Young Dapper along with his Manager, Aleyah, will take part in a community event with the organization “Real People Save Lives,†to raise the awareness of programs available to former gang members as well as promoting safety in communities throughout the country.
